Do you charge for estimates?
No. Estimates are free for handyman and flooring projects within our service area. For larger renovation scopes that require detailed planning, we’ll let you know up front if a design or consultation fee applies.
What areas do you service?
We typically serve homeowners and property managers within a 30–40 minute drive of our home base. Share your address in the quote form and we’ll confirm availability right away.
Can you handle both repairs and flooring in the same visit?
Yes. In many cases we can complete punch-list repairs and flooring work during the same project window, which saves you time and repeat visits. We’ll confirm what’s realistic when we review your request.
How do you price projects?
Handyman work is usually priced by project with a minimum service charge, and flooring is typically priced by square footage plus materials. We’ll give you a clear written estimate before any work starts—no surprises.
Are you insured?
Yes. ProCraft Home Repair is fully insured, and we’re happy to share documentation upon request. We treat your home as if it were our own.
